Nanobrows in Toronto. Ultra-Fine, Volume-Building Strokes

Nanobrows are a machine eyebrow tattoo technique, created with a fine needle and a specialized PMU machine, depositing pigment through tiny overlapping dots for ultra-natural, hair-like strokes. Because it's a needle, I have more control over the thickness and depth of each stroke — making it ideal for adding volume, rebuilding sparse brows, and working on oily skin.

What Are Nanobrows?

Nanobrows use a digital PMU machine with a single ultra-fine needle to create both thin and thick hair-like strokes that mimic the natural growth patterns of your brows. Unlike microblading, which uses a blade and creates strokes of uniform thickness, nanobrows allow me to vary each stroke's depth and width — resulting in a more dimensional, realistic appearance.

The needle deposits pigment gently into the skin's surface without cutting, making this technique less invasive, more precise, and more comfortable than traditional microblading.

Who Are Nanobrows For?

Nanobrows are the ideal choice if you:

  • Have sparse or overplucked brows that need volume reconstruction

  • Have oily skin (nanobrows retain pigment better on oily skin than microblading)

  • Want more definition and fullness than microblading provides

  • Have few or no natural brow hairs remaining

  • Want longer-lasting results (nanobrows typically last 12–24 months)

  • Have sensitive skin — the machine technique is gentler than blade work

Nanobrows vs. Microblading — Key Differences

Microblading uses a manual hand tool with a blade, creating strokes of uniform thickness. It's best for clients who already have decent brow hairs and just need subtle corrections.

Nanobrows use a machine needle, which gives me control over individual stroke thickness and pigment saturation. This makes nanobrows better for rebuilding brows from scratch, adding significant volume, and working on skin types (like oily skin) where microblading might not hold as well.

Both techniques create hyper-realistic results. The right choice depends on your specific brow situation — and I'll help you decide during your session.

How Long Do Nanobrows Last?

Nanobrows typically last 12 to 24 months, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare routine. Because the machine deposits pigment more evenly and at a controlled depth, retention is generally better than microblading — especially on oily or combination skin.

The Nanobrow Process

Your session follows the same careful, consultative approach as all my services: brow mapping, shape approval, procedure, and aftercare. The key difference is the tool — a specialized machine with a single nano needle that creates strokes with pixel-like precision. The process takes about 2–3 hours, and a touch-up session is scheduled 30 days after to perfect the result.
