Mayara Pacini

I'm Mayara Pacini — but everyone calls me May. I'm a Brazilian-born eyebrow specialist and semi-permanent makeup artist who moved to Toronto in August 2022 to bring my craft to a new community.

My journey began in January 2020, and since then I've completed over 1,000 eyebrow procedures across six different specializations. But numbers only tell part of the story. What drives me is the belief that every person's brows should look like their own — enhanced, not replaced.

After learning the standard PMU technique, I realized quickly that a cookie-cutter approach doesn't work when every face is different. So I kept studying. Six specializations later, I'd developed my own method — one that starts with reading each client's natural brow pattern, bone structure, and skin characteristics before picking up a single tool.

My main focus is naturalness and hyperrealism. I study the color, thickness, direction, and density of your existing brow hairs and replicate those exact characteristics with every stroke. The goal is always the same: brows so natural that even you forget they were enhanced.

Beyond client work, I'm passionate about teaching. My Masterclass program trains aspiring PMU artists in my personalized technique, and I offer one-on-one online mentoring for experienced professionals looking to refine their skills.
