How to regrow eyebrows after over-plucking?

I've often mentioned that my schedule is packed with clients who once thought that plucking their own eyebrows was a simple task. Unfortunately, this often leads to hair not growing back, and they end up needing microblading or nanobrows here in Toronto.

My first piece of advice is: don't pluck your eyebrows yourself—seek a professional. If you really want to shape them, my second tip is to use a light-colored eyeliner. Stand back from the mirror and outline the shape you want before plucking.

I've over-plucked my eyebrows, what should I do now?

If you realize you've made a mistake, don't try to fix it—use makeup and let your brows grow back naturally. There are serums that can help with regrowth.

What can I do to help my overplucked brows grow back faster? Are there any products that can help with eyebrow growth?

The Ordinary has a great option, and castor oil can also help.

How can I fill in over-plucked eyebrows?

Always prefer to use powder products. Most pencils are made with wax, which can clog your pores and contribute to hair loss.

Can eyebrow microblading or tattooing help with over-plucked brows?

Of course! Microblading or nanobrows will be professionally shaped to suit your face and will last from 1 to 2 years.

How long does it take for over-plucked eyebrows to grow back?

These natural methods require time and patience—it can take years to see full recovery.
