How to book with me

I'm excited that you're considering booking an appointment with me. To make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible, I've created this step-by-step guide to help you through it.


Step 1: Click the Booking Link

Start by clicking this link: Book with Mayara Pacini. This will take you to my online scheduling page.


Step 2: Select Your Appointment Type

On the scheduling page, you will see a list of different appointment types. Whether you're looking for a brow enhancement, a semi-permanent brows makeup session, or training classes, you can find the appropriate option here. Click on the appointment type that best suits your needs.


Step 3: Choose a Date and Time

After selecting your appointment type, you’ll be prompted to choose a date and time that works for you. The calendar will show my available slots. Click on a date and then select a time that fits your schedule.


Step 4: Enter Your Details

Once you've selected a date and time, you’ll need to provide some basic information to confirm your booking. Enter your name, email address, and any other required details. This information helps me prepare for our session and ensure everything runs smoothly.


Step 5: Fill in Your Medical History

To provide the best possible care, I require all clients to complete a medical history form. This helps me understand your background and tailor our session to your specific needs. You’ll find a link to this form in your booking confirmation email.


Step 6: Pay the 40% Booking Fee

To secure your appointment, a 40% booking fee is required. This fee is part of the total session cost and ensures your spot is reserved. You will be prompted to make this payment during the booking process.


Step 7: Confirm Your Appointment

After filling in your details, completing the medical history form, and paying the booking fee, you’ll see a summary of your appointment. Review this information to make sure everything is correct.


Step 8: Check Your Email for Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your appointment is booked. This email will include all the details of your appointment, as well as any additional instructions or information you might need.
